MentionHub processes limited data from Atlassian products (e.g., Jira), including:

• User identifiers (such as account ID and display name)
• Issue metadata (issue keys, timestamps, project references)
• Mention data (e.g., when a user is mentioned in a comment)
• Email address (only if used for optional notifications)

We do not collect passwords or Atlassian credentials.

2. How We Use Data

We use this data solely to provide the core functionality of MentionHub, including:

• Aggregating and displaying mentions
• Enabling users to manage notifications (e.g., mark as done, snooze)
• Sending optional notifications (if configured)

We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.
